Weekly check-ins. There are currently TWO coaches with Team Litandfit, and you will be able to choose who you want to work with. Your check-ins will go directly to your coach.
Cardio routine. Whether cardio is recommended for you depends on your goals, current status and your coaches recommendations.
Supplement schedule. We work with top-of-the-line supplement companies that we trust to supply supplements for our clients. We give you recommendation, and a discount code to go along with it.
We are now on Trainerize as well! Which means you get access to your program on our customized app. Track your stats, workouts, and even see videos on how to do the movements desired.
Your original program will change as needed depending on your progress.
